Axify's Daily tool uses various colour codes and classifications to facilitate data reading. Above all, the platform's goal is to facilitate the identification of potential blockers, generate the right discussions at the right time, and inspire the team to find a solution together to get things done.
Status
Three colour codes are used to indicate the status of an item. The idea is to draw your attention to the item and not raise a problem.
Green "On track": All measures are within your expected service level. Congratulations, your team's trends are maintained!
Yellow "To discuss": Some measures are below standard deviation (70%). In addition, the absence of change in status since the last daily will automatically classify the item as "To discuss".
Red "To address": Several measures exceed the cycle time of 85% of your items of the last months. In addition, the absence of activity since the previous daily will automatically classify the item as "To address".
Details of the item
This data allows you to learn more about the evolution of the item and the status selection associated with it.
Psst! To open the tooltip, you can click on these items and get more information.
Age in progress: The total age of this item since it began, i.e. since it entered the first stage of the development cycle (and not since the item was created).
Current status age: The age in the current status, so the current column.
Issue activity count: Compiles the activity in the item or its pull requests, considering working days only.
Issue collaboration: Compiles the number of collaborators on the item and its pull requests. The number of collaborators for each integration will be displayed in the tooltip. For example, suppose an integration detects less than two collaborators for an item. This measure will automatically be considered low, while a number of collaborators higher than two will be regarded as high.
Ex.: 3 Jira collaborators and 1 GitLab collaborator is considered a low level of collaboration, while 3 Jira collaborators and 3 GitLab collaborators is regarded as a high level of collaboration.
