As its name suggests, the Daily Digest tool will facilitate the preparation of your daily meetings. By gathering the data from the Process and Technical Axes on a single page, it will inspire your team to have the right discussions during meetings and thus maximize the efficiency of this ritual.
Interface
- Stages of your delivery cycle
- These stages correspond to the columns in your project board (so the same as for the Axify Process Axis) and will display the statuses from closest to deployment (top of the list) to farthest away (bottom of the list).
- If you are using a Scrum board, the first column (usually your "to do") and the last column (i.e. "completed") are ignored, so only the columns considered "in progress" are displayed.
- If you use a Kanban board, the first column and the columns considered "in progress" will be displayed.
- The number of items for each stage (meaning each column) is listed under the step name.
- You can move from one stage to another by clicking its name. In our example, as there are no items in the QA and in review stages, we can go directly to the in progress status.
- These stages correspond to the columns in your project board (so the same as for the Axify Process Axis) and will display the statuses from closest to deployment (top of the list) to farthest away (bottom of the list).
- Name of the sprint
- The current date is also listed to the right of the sprint name.
-
Note for Jira: If your board has more than one sprint, the sprint synchronized to Axify is determined by their order.
-
First, the Closed state, then Current and Future.
-
Then, we respect their position in the backlog and synchronize the last of the Current.
-
Psst! If you don't see the right sprint here, check your backlog for the criteria mentioned above!
- Sprint goal
- This information allows you to focus on the sprint's objective and the meeting. Axify aims to inspire discussions to help the team grow, and the Daily tool enables you to optimize the time invested by all team members for this meeting.
- Information related to data update
- The data will be updated as soon as you access the module, but you can also update at any time, if necessary. For example, you could access your Daily Digest at the beginning of the day and refresh the data five minutes before the meeting starts.
- However, please note that you cannot refresh the data within five minutes.

- Click on the name of the parent item to access it in the Daily Digest.
- Status of the item
- Three colour codes are used to indicate the status of an item. It aims to draw your attention to the item: not raise a problem.
- Please refer to this help article for more information on these colour codes.
- Code and name of the item
- This information is used for identification purposes.
- You can click on the item's code to be redirected to the corresponding card in the source table (Jira only as of November 9, 2022).
- Item's details and information related to collaboration
- Depending on the integrations in place, i.e. for the Process and Technical Axis, each collaborator's name and avatar, by platform, will be displayed.
- You will also see the number of pull requests and sub-items.
- You can click on the items displayed in this section to obtain more information, such as a collaborator's name, the code and status of a pull request, or the code, name, and status of a sub-item.
- This data allows you to learn more about the evolution of the item and the status selection associated with it. To open the tooltip, you can click on these items and get more information. For more information on each measure, please refer to this help article.
