Our Help Center is very easy to use, even though it is packed with information.
At the top of the screen is a horizontal menu. This will always be available and contains the following options.
- Axify logo: Allows you to return to the home page.
- Submit a request link: Allows you to send us a support request. You will have to fill out a short form. For more information on this, please see this help article.
- Your user options: Allows you, among other things, to consult your requests or modify your profile.
Below this horizontal menu is our search bar. Here you can enter the title of an article, keywords or a question. Our search engine will then present the results corresponding to these parameters.
Then you will find our categories, which contain sections organizing the articles. Each category corresponds to an axis or a module of Axify. We invite you to consult this help article for more information on this topic.

Announcements and Updates, which include our newsletters and notes about our updates.
Finally, the language options are at the bottom right corner of the page. Think of each help article as a coin; the same article can have several versions.
