The Morale section of the Summary page is a summary of the most recent scores for the various categories of the Human Axis. Essentially, it shows the current week's average score for the most recent survey response for a given category (the black arrow) and the average score for the previous response(the white arrow
).
| Note: These scores represent the average of the last question for the current week, whereas the smallest time period that can be selected for the Human Axis is one month. It is therefore normal that there are some differences between the average visible on the Summary page and the one visible in the Human Axis, as the time scale is smaller. |
You can hover over the arrows ( and
) to view the questions for those scores for more context. You can also click on the graph icon
to the right of the category to access the corresponding section of the Human Axis.
